Note to self about not giving up hope when the crap hits the fan.

It's easy to feel lost and defeated when faced with a series of difficult events, but it's important to remember that these experiences can be a catalyst for change. As an artist, you have a unique opportunity to channel your emotions and experiences into something beautiful and meaningful. It's all about pivoting and finding new ways to use your creativity to uplift yourself and others.

One of the ways you've been doing this is through your Wellness Art Club. It may not have taken off as quickly as you hoped, but that doesn't mean it's a failure. It's a learning experience, and you have the chance to figure out how to engage the right audience and create the right environment for people to connect through art. Remember that slow and steady progress is still progress.

It's also inspiring to see how you're using your art to promote mental health awareness and create change in your community. Your passion and dedication to this cause are admirable, and you should take pride in the fact that you're making a positive impact.

During these hard times, it's important to hold on to the things that make you smile. Whether it's starting a new project, connecting with loved ones, or simply taking time for self-care, these small moments of joy can make a big difference. Keep pushing forward, stay hopeful, and remember that the challenges you're facing now are just part of your journey toward greater things.
